Having over 40 years of experience, particularly in the cultivation of roses, he is a highly sought-after figure in the horticulture industry. Dr. Thilak Subbaiah brings invaluable technical expertise and guidance to our team, drawing on his extensive background to enhance our practices and ensure the highest quality blooms. Meet Our Team Mr. Keshava Murthy – Founder & Head of Operations. Mr. Keshava is the visionary behind Snehitha Blooms and Exports, bringing over eight years of hands-on experience in the field. As the backbone of the organization, he is instrumental in shaping the growth trajectory and making top-level decisions. Dynamic and knowledgeable, Mr. Keshava is the first point of contact for the firm. His expertise in Floriculture along with his vast field experience, makes him an authority on quality checks, pest and disease management, and packaging. Not a single flower leaves the facility without his quality check and approval. In addition to his operational role, Keshava expertly manages the firm’s finances as a certified cost accountant, ensuring our financial health and efficiency. His extensive experience in Marketing, export documentation and related procedures streamlines our operations, while his skills in branding and public relations help elevate our presence in the industry.
